Experiencing conflict, establishing consent, and setting boundaries are fundamental communication skills for basic human interaction. And yet, we are rarely taught the how and why of these 3 major contributors to healthy communication. In this workshop, we will learn and practice enforcing our boundaries and attaining authentic and enthusiastic consent as methods of conflict management and non-violent communication.

(he/they)
Hello There! My name is Grant (he/they), and I am so excited to walk down this path of learning and growth together with you!
This topic is very important to me, as I have extensive training on Authentic Consent and Boundaries, and regularly utilize Interpersonal Psychotherapy as a modality of practice.
In this course, you reflect and change the way you conceptualize boundaries, and help you to increase your skills with navigating your own.

Wonder what others are saying about Grant?
"Grant's presentation style both captivates attention and clearly communicates the material. In every speaking engagement I've seen he delivers information that is a blend of strong academic backing and, when appropriate, his wealth of personal lived experience. He is consistently receptive to questions and finds ways to encourage engagement from those who are in attendance. Time spent at his engagements is time invested in one's own professional development."
