Workshop Description
In this course, we will learn about Omori, a game centered around a young boy and his friends who are processing themes such as suicide, grief, trauma, and dissociation. After learning about the game and its themes, we will discuss the DBT skills already embedded in the game and how we can best communicate the use of these skills to clients.Â
Objectives
Attendees will
- Gain a better understanding of how white space, black space, and headspace connect to Sunny's experience
- Gain a better understanding of how trauma affects us
- Gain a better understanding of how DBT Skills are used in Omori

Curriculum
This class is offered through an online asynchronous format. In order to receive your CE credits, you must watch all of the videos and complete the online quiz.
