Learning DBT Skills Through Gaming: Omori

In this course, we will learn about Omori, a game centered around a young boy and his friends who are processing themes such as suicide, grief, trauma, and dissociation. After learning about the game and its themes, we will discuss the DBT skills already embedded in the game and how we can best communicate the use of these skills to clients.
