Information about visitor parking will be released within 30 days of the training or sooner. Ample disabled visitor parking is available.

The SAR is 14 hours over two days. Attendees must be present for all 14 hours. The schedule will include two 15-minute breaks and a 90-minute lunch daily. There are many meal options at varying price points within walking and driving distance.

Light snacks and water will be provided in the learning space.

Attendees are asked not to wear perfumes, colognes, or other scented oils, lotions, or hair care products to minimize risks of allergies, headaches, and migraines.

The average temperature in Atlanta during this time of year is 85 degrees with 55-65% humidity and fall pollen. The temperature in the campus buildings may or may not be within our control; please plan accordingly.

We are unable to offer ASL or other language interpreters. Audio or visual materials will include closed captions when possible. When possible, links for attendees will be provided to access on their own devices during the SAR. Please note that some sexually explicit material may be impossible to caption.

Agnes Scott College is a modern campus with varied classroom conditions. We are unable to control the style of seating in the classroom.

Please bring comfort items to support nervous system regulation.
