ACCESSIBILITY

The Meadows Outpatient Center is an ADA accessible campus.

The Meadows Outpatient Center is a tobacco-free campus. This includes the use of vapes and other electronic devices.

Visitor parking is free and on site. Ample disabled visitor parking is available.

The SAR is 14 hours over two days. Attendees must be present for all 14 hours. The schedule will include two 15-minute breaks and a 90-minute lunch daily. There are many meal options at varying price points within walking and driving distance.

Light snacks and water will be provided in the learning space.

Attendees are asked not to wear perfumes, colognes, or other scented oils, lotions, or hair care products to minimize risks of allergies, headaches, and migraines.

The average temperature in Atlanta during this time of year is 85 degrees with 55-65% humidity and fall pollen. The temperature in the campus buildings may or may not be within our control; please plan accordingly.

We are unable to offer ASL or other language interpreters. Audio or visual materials will include closed captions when possible. When possible, links for attendees will be provided to access on their own devices during the SAR. Please note that some sexually explicit material may be impossible to caption.

The Meadows Outpatient Center is in a Class A commercial building. The classroom has armed chairs that are capable of holding larger bodies. Tables may be available as this is based on the number of registrants.

The space offers a full size refrigerator and microwave. There are restaurants available by crossing a four lane road with crosswalks. Options include Blue Moon Pizza, Qdoba, Firehouse Subs, and more.

Please bring comfort items to support nervous system regulation.
