This hybrid model workshop will hold its in-person attendance in the primary office space of Furry Weekend Atlanta. Attendees are expected to approach the space with cultural humility and respect. Please check personal biases at the door. Be curious and respectful without gawking or judgment. If discomfort arises, attendees are encouraged to process this internally or with outside support.

There is a large parking lot with handicap spaces and a ramp to enter. We otherwise ask that you please prioritize parking closer to the main highway to allow FWA staff easier access to their vehicles.

Restrooms are single toliet gender neutral.

The online environment will be held via Google Meet. The online portion of the workshop will include closed captions; ASL is not provided. The online portion of the workshop will be recorded for future use in the realm of education, marketing, or other business-related activities. The recording will not be shared with attendees or in place of paid attendance. All recordings will be reissued in compliance with NBCC privacy requirements.

A 15-minute break will be provided in addition to a general encouragement for self-care during the workshop; masks are welcome in the space, and attendees are asked not to wear perfumes, scented oils, or lotions.
