Being a teen can be hard enough, between school, friends, and extracurriculars, without considering your own identity. Understanding common LGBTQIA2+ terms, considering gender and sexuality in a safer space, and exploring ways to support your identity journey can help alleviate some of that stress you may be feeling. Explore language, understand concepts, and find practical support in this class!

Brooklynn "Bk" Rhodes-Tumlin, MPS (sexual health), AASECT Certified Sexuality Educator (she/they) is a Sex Educator and Education Coordinator. Bk creates learning spaces that honor each person's lived experiences and specializes in LGBTQIA+ topics, development, and accessibility for all ages. Having worked in education, they are uniquely experienced in being the communicator between adults and their children. They are experienced in working with various age groups and creating age-appropriate information and support for those seeking to expand their education. Bk works at Modern Path to provide education outside of the systems that withhold medically accurate information, and thus is able to reach larger medical and community spaces as well as create individualized sex education for clients.
