Join Jude for his live virtual workshop, Distress Tolerance: How to Find Your Peace in Difficult Times!

In this course, Jude will explore what stress is and how to work through it. He understands that stress is unavoidable and overwhelming. Throughout the time of the course, Jude will explore what stressors exist and how to build up tolerance to it. Jude will teach 5 distress tolerance skills: radical acceptance, STOP, TIPP, IMPROVE the Moment, and Wise Mind ACCEPTS. Folks who attend this class will not only learn a thing or two but walk away with some tools to build a life worth living.
